All candidates will initially join in a technical development role to ensure everyone is trained to a productive skill level, you can then further your development in
- software and hardware development, including the design and implementation of complex software, and being responsible for the overall architecture and quality of our technology.
- customer support, offering expert advice to our customers in the deployment and operation of our products.
- people and project management, taking full responsibility for delivering projects on time and to our very high standards, as well as continually developing the people within your team to ensure they are productive and enjoying the work that they do.
- commercial, sales and marketing, or product management, generating new business opportunities for Data Connection in leading edge markets.
It is important to us that you do not feel pigeon-holed, so if you enjoy variety, you can spend time in any of these roles. If you excel at all of them, then you will have the opportunity to run your own division - acting effectively as an entrepreneur within Data Connection. The future is up to you.
