Join us and you'll find that the focus is all about you. There is flexibility and choice at every stage and in every area.
There are no rigid acceptance deadlines or fixed start dates.
Once we have made you an offer, we don't impose a deadline for you to make your decision. We will keep in touch with you in case you have any questions, or would like to come back for a more informal visit.
If you accept our offer (and we're proud that almost everyone does), you can start when you want to, even deferring for up to 12 months if you want to take some time out first.
You can take your £4k joining bonus before you start.
When you accept our offer and sign your contract, the £4k is all yours - there's no need to wait until you start work. This can help towards paying off student debt, having a well deserved break or simply enjoying the summer!
Live in the company house or in central London.
We'll reserve a room for you in our company house (a few minutes walk from the office) if you choose to live locally, or you can opt for city life in London (only a 15-20 minute train journey away).
Working Life
You will have the freedom to organise your work pattern, and we will give you all of the support and training you need to take your career forward.
What happens to you is determined by your own ability and desire, not by a formal career structure. The only constant is that you will be challenged and stretched, but within a supportive environment, working with some of the brightest minds in the country.
Travel
There are also travel choices. Our international customer base means you can opt for short business trips or a longer assignment to one of our US offices. Alternatively, you can choose to be based in Enfield, Chester or Edinburgh.
