We are fully committed to your training.

Our training is second to none. We don't just say it, we do it.

The fact that thirteen of the nineteen members of the Executive Management Committee that runs Data Connection joined us as graduates is proof of our commitment to our people development.

Our training is not a fixed rigid graduate programme. Your training is unique to you. You will have your own individual training plan, tailored to meet your specific needs and objectives. At the heart of your training will be a high level of support and assistance from your assigned manager and mentor - who will allocate up to fifty days of their time for your training during your first year. This represents a massive - and probably unique - level of training investment.

Developing your technical and personal skills is crucial and an ongoing focus throughout your career. Your training will be broadly scoped, covering the full range of communications and marketing skills, customer handling, and project and personnel management. This will enable you to develop your career to best suit your skills and desires.

On-the-job training, with close, expert management and mentoring, will form the basis of your development at Data Connection, supported by

• in-house seminars, specifically tailored for new graduates and postgraduates, covering every aspect of the company's operation
• detailed technical seminars covering specific projects and business areas
• training tasks designed to improve presentation and communication skills
• external courses and conferences on management development and technical subjects.
