- Industrial Placement Students.
Internships are a great way for you to spend a summer, or even up to a year, in a flexible working environment. Students play an important part in our success and make a real and significant contribution to our projects, and we hope they will return as permanent employees.
What will you actually do?
Don't think you'll be making tea all day! From day one, you'll work on complex and challenging programming assignments within a team of creative and hard-working professionals. Just as with our new graduate or postgraduate starters, you will be assigned a mentor and a manager, who will give you a high level of support expert guidance throughout your entire time with us.
Throughout your placement, you will have regular status meetings with you manager who will work with you to ensure you have the skills and tools required to do a great job. You will receive regular feedback on your performance including a comprehensive review before you leave. If you do well, we will offer you sponsorship during your next year at university.
