We consider our benefits package to be one of the best in the industry and offer a remuneration package of up to $70K to ensure that we attract candidates of outstanding quality.

Profit Share and Stock Options
The company is privately held by top-tier investment firms Francisco Partners and Sequoia Capital, as well as the the Data Connection Employee Benefit Trust (EBT), which distributes a share of profit to all employees each year, equitably rewarding them for their contribution and encouraging long-term commitment. In addition, the company operates a stock option plan that further provides ownership incentives to our people.

Company Outings and Team Events
We have regular company outings. 2006 saw us celebrate our 25th birthday in Rome and in March 2008 we spent four days in the ski resort of Courchevel in France. In addition, each team is allocated their own morale budget for events like a weekend away, a meal out or a trip to a baseball game.
Vacation
You will enjoy three weeks' paid vacation rising to four weeks after your first year. After your initial year of employment, you can also vary your vacation by up to two weeks either way at your request.
