Before You Begin

This book is a guide for using the SNAP-IX Common Service Verbs (CSVs) in C-language application programs.

This book applies to Version 7 of SNAP-IX.

Prerequisite Knowledge

Before reading this manual, you should have knowledge of the following subjects:

• The C compiler cc

• Solaris System V Release 3 or later

• The Microsoft Visual C++ Version 4 compiler

• Microsoft Windows NT (Version 3.51 or later) or Microsoft Windows 95
